Why we price the platform and the AI separately.
Most enterprise AI platforms charge $25 to $60 per seat with model usage bundled in. That pricing hides two things. The vendor's markup on the AI bill. And the fact that your AI vendor relationship belongs to them, not you.
We separate the two. You pay us $8 per seat for the platform. You pay your AI vendor directly, at their published rates, under your own contract. If your team runs up a high AI bill this month, that is between you and the model provider. If your team barely uses AI, you do not subsidize anyone else's usage.
For teams that prefer a single invoice, we will manage AI usage for you at cost plus 6%. That 6% is the only markup we charge, anywhere, on anything.
